一 简介
XH-9型分子筛是适用于各种制冷器的干燥（除含二氟甲烷的混合型制冷剂）。如：轿车、旅行车、冷藏车、机车、车船等空调、冰柜和冰箱新型制冷剂的脱水干燥。（即通用型）
制冷装置中的制冷剂主要以氯化物和含碳化合物的氟化物为主，在制冷剂扩散过程中，其中的一些水分渗出并在阀结冰堵塞系统，同时将制冷剂水解生成氯化氢或氟化物等腐蚀性气体。
为避免结冰，防止系统冻堵和腐蚀，建龙化工生产的XH系列分子筛产品能有效地吸附制冷剂中的水分，从而避免了结冰，防止系统冻堵和腐蚀。这些产品适于不同类型特点的制冷设备，具有控制露点低、强度高、磨耗低，并可确保不破坏制冷剂的化学稳定性的特点。

Refrigerant are mainly constituted by the chloride and fluoride containing hydrocarbon in the refrigerating plants.During the refrigerant diffusion process transudatory water will freeze in the valve and block the refrigerant system,meanwhile refrigerant will be hydrolyzed into corrosive gas such as hydrogen chloride and fluoride etc.
XH series molecular sieves can effectively remove the moisture thus avoid the corrosion and blocking of the system caused by freeze.
XH-5 molecular sieve mainly applied to drying and purifying for R12,R22 refrigerant to improve the refrigeration effect.
XH-7 molecular sieve mainly applied to drying for R-134a and butane refrigerant used by refrigerator,freezer and air-condition.
XH-9 molecular sieve mainly applied to drying new type refrigerant (except for difluoromethane) of air-condition,freezer,refrigerator of various kinds car and ship ,it is a common refrigerant desiccant.
